Karen Ng

Karen Ng is a 1.5-generation Cantonese settler and grew up on the ancestral and unceded territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, Tsleil-Waututh, and Qayqayt First Nations. She is a spring 2020 graduate from the Master of Archival Studies and Master of Library and Information Studies program at the University of British Columbia. She cares about public service, participatory practices in archival description, reading room spaces, and identity formations in special collections. Karen currently works at the University of Victoria Special Collections and University Archives as an intern.
